Ally Title, LLC(“Ally Title,” “we,” “us”) is a Maryland title insurance and settlement services company (Agency License #3002440641) located at 2530 Riva Road STE 300, Annapolis, MD 21401. This policy describes what information we collect through allytitle.net, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: when you request a quote or contact us through our website form, we collect the details you submit — your name, email address, phone number, your role in the transaction (buyer, seller, agent, or lender), the transaction type and timeline, and, if you provide them, a property address and message.
- Transaction information: if you engage our settlement services, we collect the information necessary to perform them, which may include financial and identity information required by law and by the parties to your transaction.
- Information collected automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, pages requested, and browser type) needed to operate and secure the site. Like most websites, we also use, or may use, cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site (for example, from one of our ads).
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
- To perform title, escrow, and settlement services you request
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and underwriting requirements
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services
Who we share it with
- Parties to your transaction: information is shared only as needed to complete your closing — for example, with your lender, real estate agent, attorney, or title insurance underwriter.
- Service providers: vendors that operate the website on our behalf — our website hosting provider (Vercel) and the email delivery service that routes your form submission to our team (Resend) — bound to use the data only to provide those services. Client reviews shown on this site are retrieved by our server from Google; that feature sends none of your information to Google.
- Advertising measurement:we use, or may use, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) measurement tools to understand site usage and measure our own advertising. Not all of these tools are active at all times. If you arrive from one of our ads and submit a form, a one-way hashed (unreadable) version of your email and phone number may be shared with Google solely to confirm our ad led to your request (“enhanced conversions”); these partners cannot read the hash back to your contact details and cannot contact you. See Google’s and Meta’s privacy policies for how they handle measurement data.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory examination, or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the preceding 12 months. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and your choices
You can control or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google’s ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings. Our forms work the same either way.
Retention
We keep quote and contact inquiries as long as needed to respond and to service your transaction. Settlement and escrow records are retained for the periods required by Maryland law, our title insurance underwriters, and our regulators, after which they are disposed of securely.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. For funds security, note that we verify wiring instructions by phone and never change them by email. If you receive an email claiming our wiring instructions have changed, call us at 410-695-6227 before sending anything.
Your rights (including California residents)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you — subject to legal retention requirements for settlement records — by emailing Closings@AllyTitle.Net or calling 410-695-6227. We will honor verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, and we will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is for adults engaged in real estate transactions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Questions:
